Molly Giles earned a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in Philosophy from University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas and her Juris Doctorate, cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan. During law school Molly was an editor for The Wayne Law Review and published an Article for the Law Review. Following law school, Molly was a judicial law clerk for Michigan Supreme Court Justice James H. Brickley in Lansing, Michigan.

Molly is an estate planning and probate attorney concentrating her practice on estate planning, tax planning, estate administration and related contested probate matters including guardianships and conservatorship proceedings. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for Oakland County Probate Court, Judge Kathleen A. Ryan and Judge Jennifer Callaghan. She is known for her experience in estate planning for traditional and non-traditional relationships, second marriages and unmarried individuals.

Molly is a member of the Probate Section of the State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association, Wayne County Probate Bar Association and a Partner with the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
